Yes. I build it at no charge when you sign up for a year of hosting and support at $250. That covers most straightforward business websites. Online stores and sites where people create accounts and post their own content take a lot more work to build and to run, so those are quoted separately.
What does the $250 a year cover?+
Hosting, security updates, analytics, technical support, and any change I can make in under ten minutes: swapping images, updating copy, adding a simple service or script. That works out to about $21 a month.
What happens after the first year?+
The subscription renews each year at the same rate. I check in around renewal to make sure you're still happy with the service and the site is still doing what you need it to.
What if I want to leave?+
You take the site with you. You own the site and the content, and I'll package it all up so you can move it to whatever hosting you choose. Nothing is locked to me.
What isn't included?+
Day-to-day upkeep is covered. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately: full redesigns, ongoing content publishing, sales funnels, and ad campaigns.
